Gold Coast - Charlie Dixon wins a spot in Celtic camp

Congratulations - Charlie Dixon!

Charlie and approximately 90 young players from across Australia and New Zealand took part in the Celtic FC Elite Player Program held in Brisbane earlier this month.

Charlie was chosen to attend Celtic FC in Scotland later this year, where he will take part in a football adventure of a lifetime.

Great work, Charlie - congratulations to all that helped Charlie along the way family, friends, coaches and as he said in his speech last night 'his team mates'.

Charlie, you are a credit to the AFA spirit - we are all proud and very excited for you and the opportunities ahead.
